Regrets, Greenstar They did not pick up our bin the last time, even though they were pulled out, and when we called them, they did not pay any attention to fixing their error, so I have to wait another two weeks for the collection. I don't really understand that; if someone makes a mistake somewhere else, they have to fix it, how about here?Since I've been a customer for the past ten years and have been paying my bills on time, I believe the time has come to change.
