CURRYS PC WORLD - WATERFORD, IE

We went to pc world waterford either the first or second weekend in December 2014 to buy either good laptop or home computer, had €1700 to spend. Will never enter the place again! Waited twenty minutes while two employees gossiped. When we eventually got their attention was told they would get the girl that could help us..waited another 10 minutes. Then without asking what we were looking for, she took us to the laptops, we asked what she would recommend..as we don't know a whole lot about technology., yet we knew a whole lot more than her. She told us to hang on till she got another girl..then we had to wait another 15 minutes while she stopped to chat to a woman bout shoes and gossip next to us. Eventually she went over to another girl and pointed us out to that member of staff. She brought us to the home computers and had absolutely no idea of the products that she was selling! After spending three hours in pc world actually wanting to be sold something very expensive we left empty handed as the staff that were there that day are completely incompetent! We then visited h**** n****** bought a home computer for €1600 within ten minutes! !
