MICROPRO COMPUTERS - DUBLIN, IE

My experience was totally unsatisfactory, will never again use their services.

This shop is a disgrace. I was cheated out of €299 euro after I bought a laptop only to discover that the wrong laptop was in the box. When I brought it back they tried to accuse me of lying and they pushed me out of the shop. I called the authorities but what could they do. They had no proof. My advice here is never walk into this shop. Never ever!! Not even if you are paid to go in should you enter.
A man named Paul in the shop will greet you and pretend he's nice and helpful and then when you see him next time after realizing the scam he's a completely different beast. Nightmare shop.

Wonderful service from wonderful people at Micropro everytime. Like-no-other.

i dont find this shop very helpful
they talk alot mainly waffle
and take a long time to get things sorted ive had 2 problems with the shop and wont be returning

We visted this store 1st time in the weekend-very impressed with profesional handing with customers. Highly recommended store--we were not from Dublin, but we will be coming here in future-we were offered coffee while we waited. Well done mr Russell and the superiors.
