I did not get as far as having a treatment at this clinic so cannot comment on this. However, I can share my dreadful experience dealing with the clinic. I contacted this clinic via email (Unfortunately only allow email contact available). I received an automated response and I contacted again requesting an appointment. I received an email saying that an email had been sent 3 times and if I could not read emails perhaps I should look elsewhere. They are far too busy to send emails 3 times. Shocked I said I would do just that. To which I received another unnecessary unprofessional email which left me upset for the evening. It was not a pleasant experience which is why I feel I should share.
