GF BAKERY - DUBLIN, D

I went to Art Cafe Dublin with my wife for a bite to eat and I saw they do cakes so we decided to take one to share. OMG! I am a chef and I tried thousands of cakes but this one was the best I've ever tasted! Zesty, tangy, moist, not to sweet...just right and the way it should be. Then I read the description and what a surprise! It was gluten, wheat, yeast and dairy free... How the hell they are able to do such a cake and make it free from so many allergens? I am lucky enough that I can eat whatever I like but not all my friends can. I ask the guys where do they take the cakes from and they said from the GF Bakery upstairs as there is a guy who has a local bakery. We took a business card as my friend had a anniversary celebration and I knew he's gluten intolerant so thought would make a present for him. I ordered one, got delivered to my home on time we agreed. Then on the party before I got the chance to try it it was gone! I keep on passing the details cause people need to know the there is excellent stuff available at affordable prices ¿¿
