KERSHAW DRY CLEANERS - BALLYBRACK, D

They were the rudest, most unprofessional con-artists I've ever seen or heard of. They destroyed my fiancée's wedding dress a week before the wedding, refused to pay damages and then proceeded to shout in my Mother's face saying it was the dress's fault. They machine pressed instead of delicately hand pressed it, like was advertised. There were holes in it!!! HOLES!!!! And what do they to her "Oh they were there when we got it". The nerve of this people!! The dress was bought and then painstakingly hand crafted and fitted to perfection.... There were no holes. Also the dress was over 3 inches shorter and discoloured. Instead of apologising they SHOUTED at my poor Mother!! Who destroys a wedding dress and then proceeds to shout at the customer they did it to?!?! Not only were they unprofessional about their service but they were incredibly heartless and rude. SPREAD THE WORD!!! They don't deserve any business from anyone. AVOID!!! -10 stars.
